Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is included with a dumpster rental?

Our dumpster rentals include delivery, pickup, and disposal of up to 2 tons of material. You select a delivery date, load approved materials, and we handle hauling and proper disposal. Additional weight is billed at $100 per extra ton

What materials are allowed in the dumpster?

Most common household junk and construction debris are allowed, as long as everything fits inside the dumpster and stays level with the top. Your rental includes up to 2 tons of disposal weight. Additional weight is billed at $100 per extra ton.

Allowed examples include:

  • Household junk and bagged trash

  • Furniture and non-hazardous bulky items

  • Wood, drywall, flooring, cabinets, and remodeling debris

  • Roofing materials, including asphalt shingles and underlayment

  • Cardboard and general construction debris

Not allowed (prohibited) items include:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, stains, solvents, chemicals)

  • Batteries, propane tanks, fuel, or oil

  • Tires

  • Appliances containing refrigerant (unless approved in advance)

  • Anything illegal or requiring special handling

If you’re unsure about an item, you can call, text, or email us a photo and we’ll confirm before you load it.

How long is the standard rental period?

The standard dumpster rental includes 3 days. If you need additional time, extra days are available for $20 per day. Just contact us before your pickup date to extend your rental.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

No. As long as the drop-off area is clear and accessible, you do not need to be present. You can leave placement or access instructions at checkout or contact us ahead of time.

What if I’m not sure which service or dumpster size I need?

No problem. You can call, text, or email us photos of your project, and we’ll help determine whether a dumpster rental, cleanout, or single item pickup is the best option.
