Refund Policy

Becker Bins provides dumpster rental and junk removal services. Because these services involve scheduling, transportation, and disposal costs, the following refund policy applies.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before the dumpster has been dispatched may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Once a dumpster has been dispatched for delivery, a trip charge or service fee may apply.

After Delivery

Once a dumpster has been delivered to the service location, rental charges are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to:

• Change of plans

• Early pickup requests

• Customer booking errors

• Unused dumpster time

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and pickup location is safe, accessible, and suitable for dumpster placement.

The customer is also responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals that may be required by a city, county, homeowners association, or other governing authority.

If delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to blocked access, unsafe conditions, or permit issues, additional trip charges may apply.

Additional Charges

Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may result from:

• Extra rental days

• Overweight loads

• Prohibited materials

• Mattresses or appliances requiring special handling

• Failed delivery or pickup due to blocked access

• Damage to the dumpster

These charges are non-refundable.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain rentals. The deposit will be returned after the dumpster has been picked up and inspected, less any applicable charges for damage, prohibited materials, excessive cleaning, or unpaid fees.

Service Issues

If Becker Bins is unable to provide the agreed service due to an error on our part, we will work with the customer to correct the issue. Any refund or credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Weather and Delays

Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control. These delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Agreement

By booking a dumpster rental or junk removal service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
