Becker Bins Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern all services provided by Becker Bins ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling service, placing an order, or completing checkout, the customer ("Customer," "you") agrees to these terms.

This Agreement applies to all junk removal, hauling, and dumpster rental services provided by Becker Bins.

1. Services

Becker Bins provides junk removal, debris hauling, and temporary dumpster rental services. All services are subject to scheduling, equipment availability, and service area limitations.

2. Booking & Payment

Full or partial payment may be required before service.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Additional weight

  • Extra rental days

  • Dumpster swaps

  • Prohibited materials

  • Mattresses or appliances requiring special handling

  • Failed delivery or pickup attempts

  • Additional labor or handling requirements

3. Dumpster Rental Terms

Standard dumpster rentals include the rental period agreed upon at booking.

  • Additional rental days are subject to additional charges.

  • Weight limits apply.

  • Additional disposal charges apply to overweight loads.

  • Dumpsters may not be moved after delivery.

  • Dumpsters may not be overfilled. Materials must remain level with the top rail.

4. Acceptable & Prohibited Materials

Acceptable Materials

General household junk, furniture, construction debris, and other non-hazardous materials.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not accepted:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Paint, chemicals, and solvents

  • Fuel and oil

  • Asbestos

  • Medical waste

  • Batteries

  • Propane tanks

  • Tires

  • Explosives or pressurized containers

  • Concrete

  • Dirt

  • Rock

  • Brick

  • Asphalt

  • Any material prohibited by local disposal facilities

If prohibited materials are found, Becker Bins may refuse service and additional charges may apply.

5. Heavy Materials

Heavy materials must be disclosed before booking. Becker Bins reserves the right to refuse or separately price heavy material loads.

6. Junk Removal Service

Items should be accessible and ready for removal.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Stairs

  • Long carry distances

  • Excessive labor

  • Unsafe conditions

7. Delivery, Placement & Access

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for dumpster placement and pickup.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required by local governments or homeowners associations.

Blocked access or unsafe conditions may result in additional trip charges.

8. Property Damage

Dumpsters and heavy equipment may cause damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, landscaping, or other surfaces.

By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges this risk. Becker Bins is not responsible for ordinary wear or surface damage except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required.

The deposit may be used to cover:

  • Dumpster damage

  • Prohibited materials

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Unpaid additional charges

  • Other violations of this Agreement

10. Service Area

Becker Bins is a mobile service based in Lonsdale, Minnesota, serving Southern Minnesota.

Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.

Once a dumpster has been dispatched or delivered, refunds are not guaranteed.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Becker Bins reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Prohibited materials

  • Non-payment

  • Inaccessible locations

  • Threatening or inappropriate behavior

13. Limitation of Liability

Becker Bins' liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

15. Agreement

By booking service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
