Single Item Pickup (Furniture & Junk Removal)

Pickup and disposal of a single large item or a very small group of items.

This service is best for:
• Couches or loveseats
• Mattresses or box springs
• All furniture items intended for disposal (including armoires, dressers, cabinets, desks, and similar bulky pieces)
• Appliances
• Chairs or recliners
• Water heaters (must be drained)
• Very small piles of junk (2–3 items)

What’s included:
• Loading for disposal
• Hauling
• Proper disposal

Pricing starts at $250 and is based on:
• Item size and weight
• Access and location
• Whether additional labor is required

Important notes:
• This is a hauling and disposal service — not a moving service
• Items must be designated for disposal
• Pricing assumes reasonable, safe access unless disclosed
• Heavy items, stairs, or tight access may require additional charges or rescheduling
